We operate 30 Mayer & Cie. circular knitting machines, enabling efficient and precise production of high-quality knitted fabrics such as single jersey, rib,jacquard and interlock. our setup ensures consistent fabric quality and a total production capacity of approximately 400 kg per day / per machine.
Our company operates advanced oval, table, and digital printing machines to deliver high-quality and durable prints across various materials. Designed for both bulk and customized production, our setup ensures precision and efficiency. With a daily capacity of up to 10,000 pieces, we guarantee consistent quality and timely delivery for all orders.
Yokes Clothing Company, our in-house Embroidery Division is equipped with 60-head Tajima Japanese embroidery machines, delivering precision and premium-quality finishes. We maintain a production capacity of approximately 3,000 pieces per day, depending on design complexity and styles. Backed by skilled craftsmanship and advanced machinery.
Handwork Division, supported by a skilled team of 15 artisans specializing in intricate hand-crafted embellishments and value-added techniques. From unique surface ornamentation to detailed fashion handwork, our team creates exclusive styles.
Being among the few factories in Tirupur with specialized handwork capabilities, we offer distinctive designs tailored to premium fashion requirements and customized buyer needs.
Our factory is equipped with advanced roll fusing and label fusing machines capable of producing up to 10,000 pieces per day with consistent bonding quality and precision. The setup ensures strong adhesion, clean finishing, and efficient bulk production, supporting high-quality garment manufacturing with reliable turnaround times.
5.STITCHING
Our stitching unit is equipped with around 500 high-performance sewing machines from JUKI, including overlock, flatlock, and single needle machines that ensure precision stitching, durability, and high production efficiency. Along with the standard setup, we also have specialized frill machines for intricate kidswear styling, enabling us to produce fashionable value-added garments with fine detailing and superior finishing.

Our in-line quality inspection team, consisting of over 20 experienced quality controllers, continuously monitors production at every stage by inspecting every 20 pieces to maintain the highest quality standards. The team checks stitching accuracy, measurements, fabric appearance, printing & embroidery quality, shade variation, and overall finishing to ensure consistent, defect-free garment production that meets international buyer requirements and compliance standards.
Our in-house garment testing laboratory conducts GPT and FPT tests as per international standards to ensure premium product quality and buyer compliance. We perform tests including Color Fastness, Torsional Stability, Shrinkage, Spirality, Seam Strength, GSM, and Dimensional Stability Tests.
